You unwittingly combined not one or two of my favorite books, but three. Diane Duane wrote a set of books called the Young Wizards series. In the first one, it opens with a young lady being chased by bullies and ducking into a library to escape them somewhere safe. She too discovered a book, though at the library instead of a book store. It led to many adventures. All in all a great series.

As for your fic, I loved it you made Harrys world so much better than it was and truly showcased how wonderful books are. Thank you.

Endless History and Harry Poter are two of the most beloved books of my childhood and adolescence, now as a mother I try to instill a love for reading in my two daughters, their stories have helped me a lot to interest them in the originals and although they are small with 8 and 11 years the three of us really enjoyed the beautiful fantasies they create.
