I’m in complete shock and a little outraged that a story this long and well-written has (at the time I’m writing this) less than 600 reviews. It deserves more than twice that simply for how fleshed out your OCs are. I binged the entire fic over the last week or so and it’s such a breath of fresh air from all Hogwarts-Centric or Canon!Post-War stories out there. I love your depiction of Harry recovering from the war in his own way, without it becoming the central focus of the story. Yes, it’s an important factor in his behavior and thought processes, but I feel like it’s more of a vessel for the story rather than the point. I also believe that the choice to exclude lemons in your story, despite the numerous opportunities to do so, is an incredibly smart choice. It elevates the focus from Harry’s debauchery and gives dimension to him using it as a post-war crutch. I’ve not much else to say other than I dislike OCs in fics as a general rule, and I’m happy to have found the exception! Keep up the good work and I eagerly wait for the next update!

I love this story so much. I get so excited when I get the update notifications. I make myself wait for a few updates so I can sit and enjoy them all at once. it's such a unique storyline. When my husband first told me about it I didn't think I'd enjoy it, even though he loved it. I gave it a try anyway and it's absolutely in my top 5 favorite fanfics. I love the writing style and how everything is so believable and continues to be interesting. I'm sorry your life isn't going easily. I just wanted to say thank you for writing. This is a really difficult time and this story brings bursts of laughter and bright moments into our house. We love it!

Harry should just give up Quidditch. The reserve seeker routinely beats him unless he can "teleport" and he has already decided he will lose the next match to the Harpies. Why bother showing up if you have already given up? It's not fair to your teammates who may believe they can actually win.

It looks like you are getting us ready for Gemma taking over completely since she is so much better than Harry at flying a broom and catching the snitch. She is certainly full of herself. Calling Harry "Toffer", calling him a cheat, and demanding to know how he could possible outfly her? Geesh can any of your OCs not put Harry down all the time? Initially she seemed likeable but now she's intolerable.

Good conversations at Pratt's. His dinner companions made some good points about things that Harry was ready to discount. I hope Harry listens to some of their advice.

On the down side again James is made to seem like a tool. Beside Harry thinking he was stupid now he's told he didn't even merit his Head Boy honor. What the heck do you have against James that you constantly run him down? I think Harry needs to remember that BOTH his parents sacrificed themselves for him. Harry is just like Voldemort discounting his father as useless. Sad.

I am digging this chapter though, everytime we get deeper into the wizarding world. i think he should host a party and invite the old orderdumbles army. okay, okay. that was a subversive request to get a hagrid in here. I'm wondering how he's coping? the war wasnt easy on him either, harrys "death" when he carried him, would have been so traumatizing. im rambling. I love loose cannon *big heart eye emojis*
