Came across this story by accident when checking the fate crossover section, the description seemed fun but I had not read reincarnated as a sword yet, so I went and read the manga and I’m glad I did I really enjoyed it and I thank you for introducing it to me (in a roundabout way)

You switched back from Shiro to Shirou. (Not really a problem, just inconsistent.)

Something I want to point out is that in the original story, Shishou wasn't getting any titles, because he wasn't recognized as a person. Anything that Shishou did and any skills that Shishou had would unlock titles for Fran. So if Shirou was expressing enough siscon behavior to get a title, the one to get the title would be Fran.

A funny interaction, since I can imagine Shirou going around town with his doppelganger, accidentally charming women wherever he went, and earning the [Lady Killer] title for Fran, only for him to be confused as hell whenever he notices it, wondering what Fran was doing while he wasn't paying attention.
