I am getting intense The Selection, Kiera Cass vibes in this. was this by any chance inspired by it?

Ok i am so intrigued now, first I thought it was Elisabeth because her brown eyes were expecificaly mentioned and she is the daughter of the general so it could explain why she's a good figher BUT ON THE OTHER HAND I am a sucker for enemies to lovers trope and I belive something is gonna sparkle between Ed and cecilia, and giving the fact that she is good with bow and arrows, nothing stops her from being the girl who saved him...Elisabeth knowing about edmund being hurt could in fact be because of her father being general and the reason why she was hesitating to answer How she knew was maybe because it was a confidencial information that she wasnt supposed to know?
ALSO at the end of the day I don't even think the girl in disguise matters, I belive ed can fall in love with the girl who didnt save him

i just discovered your story like 10 minutes ago and i’m already in love... i love the mystery! here’s my thoughts: cecilia (or however u spell her name) thinks she’s in love with peter and edmund thinks he’s in love with elizabeth but above all things cecilia and edmund fall in love! and maybe peter and elizabeth?

This is a very interesting idea and I am intrigued. I get a Bachelor: Narnia Style feel. Now will Peter be looking for a potential Queen as well or just Edmund?

You asked us who we thought the mystery woman was. At first, I was like Cecilia, obviously; its gotta be her defending her beloved country and maybe her parents were killed by these bandits. Then you gave us Elizabeth, a General's daughter. Hmmm...Very nice twist there. I'm not sure now. Guess we'll have to wait and see.

All in all, a very nice start. I would, however, recommend reading over it carefully before posting or getting a Beta reader. There were several grammatical and or word-choice errors throughout both chapters, and a lot of them were simply the incorrect word form.

But like I said, this was a great start and an interesting prospect. I will be coming back to see how it goes. And thanks for sharing with us.
