I LOVED the prologue! this looks extremely intriguing...I can't wait to jump in!

The characters feel real things and make real choices. They both seem to grow, but it's a difficult thing for both of them, Damon admitting he was wrong to do what he did was a big step I think, and Elena to forgive him and move on, put their past behind them. Now they're perfect together.
