One of the most interesting points of the story, being how Harley and Taylor wound up together, is compressed to a single sentence grafted onto the end of a paragraph of exposition about parahumans.

And a bit later Taylor is wearing a t-shirt with a picture of “herself” on it. A name or more specific pronoun would ad clarity.

This is neat so far, and I’ll be reading more.

Technically Harley's powers would be considered a Blaster(like Triumph, they both have sound-based powers produced by their vocal cords)-Changer(the designation for all Non-Case 53s and those who have the ability to change their appearance). I would also like to point out that Taylor's powers aren't that unique nor something I would consider to be very draconian considering Lung exists in Brockton Bay. A simple Silencio(silencing spell) or even a more advanced transfiguration spell, could eliminate her as a threat.

Honestly speaking, I am a bit disappointed in that Harley's powers, as they are closer to a Drake's power set rather than a Dragon(Drakes, if you didn't know, are considered lesser breeds and are more often than not considered to be lizards rather than dragons. This is due to several reasons, most notable being their lack of a breath weapon, their nature as scavengers rather than predators, and their significantly decreased magical resistance which is rather easily overcome).

This is also starting to sound like a bashing story that is only around to show just how irrelevant the wizards of the HP verse are compared to the parahumans of Earth Bet.
