Pls make it a SHINY Galarian Zigzagoon somehow. Maybe when it evolves you could change it into a shiny? But please, I really want it to be shiny. Or at least any other Galarian Pokemon. Anyways, this is a great fic! I'm rooting for ya!

Liking the story I do have a suggestion for moves though with learning them have the moves start basic like tackle or bite and like the Pokemon have them evolve into stronger moves like slash and crunch example

Ember becomes flame burst then becomes fire blast and if it's a starter can become blast burn

I love this story. Great job. I loved how you have included Sonia. Also great job having him relate to his pokemon and allow them to bond and start working on their differences. I can't wait to read what happens next. I hope that things will go well with the Pewter City Gym, in a bit.

Anyway, this story is pretty interesting so far. I'm curious as to how Ash and Izzy will resolve their differences in battle style preference. And also if Bellsprout has any plans.

I'm also intrigued about your plans for Damian. Given that he was pretty much one of the most despicable people in the early Pokemon series, I'm surprised that you're making him less of an -hole than he was in canon. Although, the version of him that appeared in The Electric Tale Of Pikachu was also nicer than the anime version, so I guess it's not without a precedent.

As for Sonia, I'm really looking forward to seeing what role she plays in this story. I doubt she's going to be satisfied with just making curry for trainers!

And, of course, I'd love to see more of Casey. How will she react when she meets Ash and Izzy? Will she demand a rematch? Will she be curious as to Izzy's origins? Will she try to convince everyone that the Electabuzz are the best of the best and definitely not the lowest-tier baseball team of all?

(Don't answer that last question. I think we all know.)

I hope you write down what Pokemon Ash has maybe on your profile or at the end of each chapter so it'll be easier to keep up with each time Ash catches a Pokemon or adds a new move. I also think there should be a limit on how many moves Ash has with his Pokemon so they aren't too OP.

More than four moves is fine, but if you give them every move than it'll be a problem. Drake's Dragonite had 10 moves, but maybe you could make it so where only older/experienced Pokemon can have that many, so it'll be a while before any of Ash's Pokemon reach a limit of 10 moves. Try to go slow, and not to over-do it with the TMs. I know Ash is a beginner trainer, but I'd like you to point out with another experienced trainer that if Ash uses too many TMs it could potentially harm his Pokemon instead of training them the natural way.

While Ash has money for TMs now, he should be focusing on finding supplies and buying things on caring for his Pokemon rather than TMs to make them stronger. Of course he'd buy TMs at this given point in the story - but if Ash's Pokemon can't learn 10 moves naturally yet, whether it be a law or they just aren't mature or naturally strong enough then maybe it's a good thing he doesn't. Maybe the Pokedex will say 'unable to learn move at this time'.

Ash needs to slow down and listen to his Pokemon, because even they are pointing out his flaws right now and they don't think he takes the time to listen. So yeah, have Ash slow down - not immediately, and I do think Bellsprout should get a nickname. But maybe once Ash discovers Bellsprout has more personality (cause I like Bellsprout's personality Ash just doesn't listen to him) Ash will nickname his Pokemon once he gets to know them. Izzy just practically demanded a nickname right from the start, because she's very intelligent and can be like that.

You've established the characters really well, which is good. I'm more interested in the lore between Galar and Kanto and the strife they've got going on, so hopefully you can expand upon that. Galar does seem like a tough region - Sonia was a good inclusion. Being secretive about Galar because Ash was Kantonian was a good idea. Is Sonia ever going to be a Pokemon Professor? I hope so.

Dude your story is great but u making leaf Damien and gary starters have good movesets are bias and favoritism involved with ash learning to battle like a crappy mediocre 5 year old trainer step the intrest or lose readers from this amazing story

Victreebel is not a bad Pokémon, but I would like all Ash Pokémon to have a nickname, which makes them special and like a family.

I love this! Izzy has so much personality! I love how each character is carefully paid attention to. I also love how you're going into peace treaties and Galarian politics! It makes the world feel alive. You've inspired me. now I must have a Galarian Zigzagoon when I get the game. And I'm naming it izzy.

I am really liking this story. Especially since I started reading this about the same time you started writing. Great job with Izzy. I can't wait to read what happens next.
