Ahhhh, for the purposes of utilizing One For All diamond is an extremely bad choice. Diamond is hard but it's not very tough, if that makes sense. Realistically he would have a better time just using his flesh and bones as they are than using diamond. Flesh and bone bends before it breaks, diamond's only option is to break.

So I'm going to say UraThotKa is the person at the end of the chapter. I've always thought the UA traitor was her, though not willingly. I assumed it had to do with her parents failing construction company and maybe the LoV or AFO specifically hired their company after they learned their daughter was enrolling into UA or the father was already employed or in dept to AFO. If that is the case then either they are supplying LoV with the details pertaining to UA that UA itself supplies them as well as UraThotKa or UraThotKa knows that the family is in debt/trouble and is helping by giving LoV info on UA.

I actually don't mind Mineta that much mainly because a) it's common in pretty much every anime. Name a anime and you have characters equal or worse then him just look at jirya from Naruto or any of the male ninja that weren't the genin. b) he isn't the only one in that class. People focus on just him and ignore the others. If your going to dislike a character because of something you need to dislike the others like them or not base everything around one thing. c) He actually tries to help. He is a pervert but at the least he has never ran away and left one of the others to fend for themselves he actually legitamtely tries to help even if hes crying and bleeding from his scalp.

I am curious to see what exactly your going to do with him. Most either get rid of him fast either after the quirk test or kill him off or make him worse like a thousand times worse then what he is canioncly or kills him. I have only seen two fanfiction where they got rid of him after the sjc incident by having him request either a transfer or withdrawl making the choice that hero work would be too much for him to handle. All in all its hard to find anyone who deals with him without just making him worse or just having him expelled

Every time you update and I see the summary of this story it never fails to make me laugh. I don’t know why but imagining little Izuku saying, “Mommy I became cotton.” Is really hilarious to me. Izuku would be a really good person to help Tokoyami somewhat gain control over dark shadow in pitch black. Having a friend, who can turn into a material that Dark Shadow can’t harm, be there with Tokoyami could help him regain control. Or maybe not. I don’t actually know, and this is your story.
