Guest chapter 1 . 4/11/2019 Your writing is good. To me the Hermione - Ginny conundrum could have gone either way at a couple of points. I have read very valid stories on both sides. I'm not much into the love potions conspiracy theories or the soul bond "lack" of rational thinking dribble. The simple truth of JKR's world is that, because of the under age trace, Ginny couldn't go with them. You bring up the most compelling reasons why Hermione would drop Ron and why Harry would abandon his attempt to protect Hermione by not falling in love with her. Despite all the non-since to the contrary, I find absolutely no compelling evidence that humans don't control that part of their biology. Anything else reduces the human race to a bunch of trained organ grinder monkeys. I do have one question for you, however. In your Archive you list the title as "from now to Eternity". The correct English title would read "From Now to Eternity" or FROM NOW TO ETERNITY. In the first correct choice the minor preposition "to" is the only un-capitalized word. Is there a reason for this abandonment of English convention? |
