Interesting to see all these characters who are rarely mentioned but just so happen related to many of the purebloods or Harry's generation in one or another. House Black definitely should have plenty of all sorts of capital, especially monetary and political considering all the connections they have to both the 'light' and 'dark' sides of the Wizarding World. The only things that held them back are instances of disunity, aging family members, and obstacles that developed as a result of these issues.
