This chapter is the funniest one

No doubt Bruce being able to live in Gotham again was due to being vindicated of being the Ripper. Probably after evidence (maybe left by him as Batman) led to Gordon's house. Once this hidden room and what he did to his wife was discovered, Bruce's good name was cleared and Harvey (possibly) disgraced (this incarnation was a douchebag, so he would deserve it).
