I'm new here and have just picked up "Expendable Heroes". I love that one, but seeing how it hasn't been updated in a while, I decided to check on the author and see that you're still here, so I guess there's hope for me and many others, I'm betting.

The kind of person that is supposed to be surrounded by dozens of lines of powerful and usually hidden defenses, and has superhuman senses that allow him to notice most such attempted bombings from miles away. And that's assuming that the perps have managed to devise a bomb that could actually HARM a kage, let alone KILL them.

Also that fight always gets me in fanfictions that claim to be 'realistic' (in canon - shounen manga for the win!). I know Sasuke is stuck up, but he seriously thinks he can go 1 on 1 with a super famous Jounin who would no doubt be in the history books as the 4th Hokages prized student (not to mention all the bitching and moaning the Uchiha clan did behind closed doors?). That's a level of self delusion that is both sad and impressive and probably wouldn't be allowed out of the Academy.
