No they wouldn't. Especially not Shirou Emiya.

He isn't a murdor hobo. If they posed a threat / are currently killing people then sure he would kill them. If they were just living their lives like any other person then he would leave them alone.

If they aren't hostile he wouldn't kill them.

Also Shirou Emiya wants to save people: emphasis on PEOPLE not just humans. If they have a consciousness and a will to live / want to be helped and aren't currently engaging in murder of innocents he wouldn't kill them.

This seems...poorly thought out. For the most part, it’s like a SoL fic trying to be a serious fic, and it’s not that great at it on certain points. Fate character interactions with the DxD side are pretty sketchy tbh. At least the SoL stuff are somewhat humorous even with the setting being, well, whatever this is trying to be.

Counter-guardians would have killed all devils fallen angels and angels on principle alone that they are a threat to the human order Ayala would have conditioned her counter-guardians to kill all threats as soon as possible just in case for this possibility happening not this Joke, archer would have killed every non-human supernatural in sight just because they were a threat not chat with them and ilya is not a valid reason why he doesn’t she’s a counter-guardian as well
