Oh god my heart- aaaaah 3

The "The scent of coffee..."/"She can smell the..." paragraphs could use some editing. Only one of those paragraphs need to be included; the other can be deleted because it's a repeat of info that the reader already knows.

Other than that, I liked this little drabble - I was quite amused at how eager Neil and Eva were for each other (they must've had an awesome time last night, eh? ;D), and I love how Eva is annoyed-but-not-really at Neil's, uh, *appreciation* of the view.

I like that there's at least one other fic where Neil, even if he's not in perfect health, *isn't* gonna be put in an early grave. The "Neil is dying" theory has become so commonplace that it's always fun to see a fic author do something different.

I like how Eva is still worrying about Neil even though he's well enough to go back to work. For all of the bickering they do - something that I doubt would change if they got together, even if said bickering becomes more playful and affectionate - it's clear that they care about each other, and I particularly like how Eva wants to help Neil carry the machine. It's subtle, but speaks volumes, I think.

Anyway, I enjoyed reading this one-shot. Here's to ninety-nine more. :)
