OK, so, I love the majority of this story. I'm really rather hoping there won't be too much talking from the Wizarding side, cuz apart from knowing that this is where Grace comes from, they aren't really needed. The only thing that I'm really not into is all the paraphrasing from the show. All the 'word for word' isn't necessary. Any fan of Vampire diaries knows all the words by heart. Its the new stuff, the changes that writers make to the plot that are interesting. In short, my advice is to keep using your imagination and writing up new plot twists and whatnot, and use less of the exact same words and stuff from the show. The changes and additions you've made so far are leading to a great story twist!

This version is so much better. The incest, although they ain’t really siblings is blah, but.. eh... still don’t like she’s underage and sleeping around but I do like this version better than the 1st. Glad it won out. I went ahead and read through the quick authors note Of chapter 3.

Honestly, I’d keep Caroline as the twins surrogate mom. She rocked as a mother and she was perfect for it. Even though Grace is an OC you don’t want her to be a Mary Sue and be in the middle of EVERY major event. Her having Klaus baby is enough. Let Caroline have her joy of being a mommy.

Soooo is this going to be like some kind of Harem to where she sleeps with all of them? Damon, Stefan, Klaus and Kol? Is there no actual endgame couple? Because that makes her kind of a... what’s a polite term? There isn’t one. Also, how OLD is she? To be THAT young and sleeping around. Gods! I think it’s me being an adult now but reading stories to where CHILDREN (under the age of 18) are just sleeping with every Tom, dick and Harry. Is revolting. And disturbing to read because it’s basically statutory rape. No matter which way you look at it. It’s statutory rape, consensual or not. Which is even more disgusting.

Both chapters are amazing and have so much potential. I can't wait to see where you take the story. .

The second one

I really enjoyed both chapters, but I preferred the second. It had more background and detail. I liked the flashbacks because it gave insight into how and why the characters are the way they are. I can't wait to see what happens next!

Interesting story, I likethe 2nd chapter better

Personally I prefer the second version (with the multiple lives) because all the established relationships Grace already has could make for some very interesting interactions, moral dilemmas, and flashback scenes. That being said, I wouldn’t mind if more people end up liking the first version better because I very much enjoyed that one as well. Good luck on this fic! I’m very excited to see where it goes :-)
