I enjoyed Todoroki's combination of astute observation ("Yeah, just like that.") and absolute cluelessness as to the meaning of those observations ("What's so funny?"). Perhaps after having a conversations with Midoriya he should meet with someone else who can interpret his observations for him (perhaps Yaoyorozu - Iida and Uraraka may both be too close to Midoriya to remain objective).

Hmmm... explosions outside? Could Bakugo have just had his first encounter with Togata-sempei? Not everyone would react as calmly as Midoriya when addressed by a face which suddenly pops out out of the wall, then disappears, only to pop up out of the ground, and after all he's been through, it wouldn't be surprising it to trigger a "flight or fight" reaction (especially when Bakugo's aggressive personality would lean towards "fight or... fight")

I feel like Kirishima is actively undermining the situation. Then again, I don’t think it’s really his fault. He doesn’t know the exact severity of it, being not only Quirk discrimination but for the fact he didn’t have one at all. It was significantly worse than what Kirishima had. I do agree with Todoroki a lot more, though, and I do feel like that even though Kirishima is trying to be optimistic Todoroki makes more valid points regarding Midoriya and how everything affected him in the long-run. I agree that Todoroki is the best choice to go talk to him, having had probably the most similar experiences and can connect/understand more about one another through them. I feel like if Todoroki opened up a bit about his own experiences with Midoriya then he will be inclined to open up as well.

I’m curious about that explosion, though. If Bakugo snapped at Midoriya again then something needs to be done. I already feel like Bakugo hasn’t... you know. I mean, I feel like he should’ve been suspended from the hero course and perhaps put on a sort of probation or something, which would try to enforce good behavior, but with Bakugo being the way he is I’m not even sure if that would work. I just wish he received more from what he did than just 3 mere house arrest days.

Anyway, awesome chapter as always. I’m sorry if I get sort of ranty about the bullying stuff and push for more punishment-type stuff, but similarly to you, from what you’ve said in your note, from someone who’s been bullied before it’s serious and I can’t stand something being underplayed or overlooked about it. That’s something that really pissed me off about the canon series, how it was just forgotten about.

I know that you think the quirk is extremely dangerous from the notes and obviously from the story xD but man... I feel like poor All Might is getting picked on. Anyway. Okay, so I finally finished. I had to sleep for a while, was super tired, so I left the other review earlier so I wouldn’t forget about it. I did see your response to it, by the way, and thanks for even responding. I’m glad you’ve got some some plan for it, a well, and that Izuku will be involved in some way.

Anyway, first of all, I want to say that you write really well. The dialogue and situations in this story feel really smooth, to me. Let’s not even mention how well you’re establishing the relationships between characters.

There are a few things that I feel bother me a little bit and haven’t been addressed yet, so I’m just gonna shoot the prospects of them around a bit.

Well, firstly, the notebooks and Izuku’s classmates. Aizawa did have a... reaction to when Izuku told him about how his classmates reacted to his notebooks when he pulled them out. I would’ve thought he would speak to them about that. I didn’t like the fact Uraraka felt relieved by them leaving, either. I can understand why, but I felt like it was a bit scummy.

Additionally, I want to bring up the extent of Bakugo and his consequences to having previously bullied Izuku. I’m surprised that Aizawa hasn’t considered deeper punishment yet, but then again maybe it’s because he’s not sure how deep it goes. Even if that was the case, for a man that runs strictly by logic he would realistically investigate the issue further, or at least ask Nezu to do it. In the end I feel like legal action would be taken against Aldera and the full extent about what Bakugo’s done would come further to light. That’s just a though and there is of course more that goes into it, that’s just the idea.

This is also more of a side question, but do you plan on including and action sequences or villain perspectives? For example, maybe a Shigaraki perspective and the extent of some of the raid arc? I’m not sure how you plan to do it. It seems your caught up with the manga, too, since you reference you know who on Aizawa’s side, so I’m sure you’ve got plans up to that point.
