Oh no... This is bad... I hope Shadow Hyde can get them out of this. Although now I'm curious as to how Ruby would do in Kanzakai. Would they be able to meet Yuzuriha, or perhaps Waldstein or even remind Ruby of Penny a bit with Vatistia? The next chapter will be exciting XD I'm looking forward to it. Wonderful as always 3

I honestly couldn't tell who was speaking initially, I figured it out though. Overall, good chapter. I like where Narukami might be heading. Honestly hoping Hyde and Ruby run into Hazama (considering Ruby's interaction with him). Maybe Relius, for just drama maybe.

Haha! This was an awesome surprise XD Kokonoe is hilarious here, although it would be interesting for her to interact with the characters.

Also, I am a bit surprised her files didn't have anything on the Phantom Field. They're actually part of the BlazBlue lore and play a part in the last game "Central Fiction". I didn't know of this until I looked it up on the wiki. Based on what I know, it's similar to Linne's description of it during the UNIB episode. It's a dream like world forged with the power of a single being. One the canon Phantom Fields in BlazBlue is created by an artificial human girl known as Nobody. It's actually really interesting.

Anywho ... This chapter was enjoyable to read, having Ruby face her shadow will be quite interesting. I'm not sure exactly what her shadow may be. Perhaps along the lines of "you are too weak" and "some spoiled little brat who only thinks about fairytales". Regardless, I'm looking forward to it. I have finals this week and this was what I needed to help calm my nerves. Thanks :)

I actually did have a theory that Shadows and avoids are like subspecies if each other.

When another In-Birth, Zohar, got exposed to too much EXS, she went insane and seems to be trapped between Void and human. She now wants to kill her old friend, whom she harbored feelings of jealousy towards in secret.

A hidden part of yourself acting out what you suppress, sounds like Shadow possession to me.

Being overloaded with EXS also seems similar to how the Fog in P4 would turn people into Shadows during December.

Plus, Kuon once described the relationship between In-Births, EXS, and avoids as being similar to Dr. Jekyl and Mr. Hyde. In the original text, Mr. Hyde wasn’t a super powered split personality, he was just a new form Jekyl took when he took a formula that drops his inhibitions.

A Shadow is what we hide, no inhibitions. And the Persona is a mask that hides it. Dr. Jekyl was the persona, and Mr. Hyde was the Shadow.

So a Shadow/Void Fusion doesn’t seem too impossible.

Well, that was unexpected, but enjoyable nonetheless. I like the twist with Shadow/Void Hyde, and he seems a lot more compassionate or i would say open than Hyde. Looks like Yu just got more questions than answers, and now in a whole new situation. Oh dear Ruby, don't charge ahead! Are they going to Beacon now? Or end up Kanzakai considering Shadow Hyde had the keystone.

Also, is the keystone literally a part of them now? Cause that's interesting. Love it, been waiting, looking forward to the next ;)

This was exciting, awesome, and amazing. Narukami! Get your butt there quickly before both of them are scarred for life! What are those things?! Shadow/Void fusion? Their other selves that become voids?! Holy crap this was exciting.

Ack! The suspense is killing me TT I need to know what happens! What are their shadows?! Are they what I think they are?! Also, does the Shadow Hyde legit have the Insulator since Hyde summoned it before he passed out? Or is it some strange replica like the one Hyde saw in the TV back in chapter 6?

I have so many questions, and btw, the Persona x UNIB side of this story is by far my favorite. I need more XD
