That was an AWESOME and CUTE chapter! I love Detective Lily at work and how she solved the case

Also, a beautiful scene between Zach and Marcus. A classical father and son activity. And how he hugged Vanna at the end shows he starts to trust his new family a lot more now. Simply beautiful.

Takeaways for today:

The Great Pie Caper is solved, thanks to Detective Lily! As much as Vernon is suspicious of his father's motives in encouraging Lily's skills in investigation, she really does show a lot of talent in this. A lot can change over the course of a childhood, but I wonder if Lily will make use of these skills in her future career...

It's such a cartoon move for Zack and Vanna to try to sneak off, only for the entire family to follow them anyway. It's hilarious, so I'll count it as a positive.

The enigma that Marcus unravels a little bit more. He is a skilled musician, not just pianist. One who makes truly beautiful violin performances if the family's reactions are to be believed. And now we know that he had a sister named Rose. What happened to her? Who knows. Though at least he seems to be opening up more to both his new family, and to himself. (No longer living in fear allows him to do and think things he probably never has before.)

Another great chapter. Thanks for letting it come out early. Hopefully your muse stays with you to see this story out.

And so Marcus opens up a bit more to his new family, in particular his grandmother, and to his new set of cousins. The much anticipated meeting between the two human members of the pack does raise the questions of how much does Lily want to learn about humans, and how much does Marcus actually know about what Human society is like, and how much is he making up?

With a little luck, Marcus can eventually feel like the Hunter pack is his real family, and can open up about what he's been through completely. I see that he has skill with the piano. I wonder if we can use that as an avenue for his emotional healing...?

And where does this new mystery buyer of the old Bellwether Manor lead us? And why does Kirin Dice kangaroo in the minds of the Meadowlands residents?

Another good chapter. I really hope that Marcus can heal from his trauma, and that all the kids of the Hunter Pack have happy lives, both as kids and as the adults they'll eventually become. I don't know how you planned out your story, but I hope we get a little snippet on how life pans out for the kids and the Hunter Pack in the future. Until then, I'll be here waiting for the next chapter to read.

And so we learn the tale of Captain Ian Blackthorne and the Aurora Hammer. Sunk in a naval battle, with the Captain making sure to put Marcus into a lifeboat and point him to shore. No wonder Marcus thinks so highly of him. Separately, the Hunter-Bellweather family spends a fun day in Tundratown.

...I noticed that Marcus does not seem particularly familiar with technology (not knowing how to swipe on the smartphone), but at first I thought that he came from a very restrictive family who didn't allow such things. After learning that Marcus was traveling on a dreadnought (a style of ship used from about 1900 to 1935-ish), I am starting to think that he is actually from the past as well as from a hoo-man only world. This will be a very interesting story to learn about...

Another great chapter. It's glad to see that the muse is with you right now. Hopefully it stays so that these great chapters keep coming.

It's good to hear that your relative is healing up well. No worries about needing to keep us updated/entertained while something like that is going on.

Lily's birthday party is so cute! So many characters involved in it, and so much development for the pups being done. This includes the little side characters (the pup's friends) and the background events. I really enjoyed it. (And its funny to see that Dorian is still trying to promote careers in Law Enforcement for the pups in the family...)

As for Marcus, it seems that he is starting to settle into his new life. It seems like he is more or less used to the idea of living with Zach and Vanna, and is starting to open up to them. We even learn about this mysterious Captain Blackthorne person. How does he fit into the enigma that is Marcus's past life? I guess we'll see in the future.

Hmmm... The more you reveal about Marcus, the more I suspect he's from another time period. But I could be totally wrong. This chapter was great! Stay safe, wherever you are!

I wish some voice actors on YouTube would do a fanfic dub or an animation on your zootopia stories

Aw, the kid's making some breakfast in bed for Dawn's birthday was just adorable. And I can totally see a girl Lily's age making princess toast with glitter in it. The Hunter-Bellweather family continues to be a cute and very happy family. Though we also see that Dawn's dreams/nightmares have changed a bit. I honestly wonder how she imagines adult 'Hoo-mans' as looking.

The new little pack/streak comprised of Zach, Vanna, and Marcus is starting off slow. I really wonder what Marcus's former family did to him to make him act this way. It seems like he either expects to be treated as a servant, or was taught that familial compassion is dependent on extreme discipline. I guess we'll learn more about him as we go on, and that the new Pack/Streak that he's part of will get him to open up eventually.

Thanks for getting another chapter out. Its well appreciated with the Shelter At Home that we're currently under out here. Though I will blame you for making me look up that a group of Tigers is called a Streak of Tigers. ;)
