What the in the name of God is this.
Why do they believe Artyom, if they interrogated him 5 minutes ago and did not trust him. Where is the logic. Compared with previous works, this is weak. But I like the moments where he tries to speak English. Think about it.

I'm glad this story was posted, I would have been pretty disappointed if the others had been cancelled and no continuation was posted.

That being said, I don't know what to say about this story.

The plot is nothing like the original first chapter of Snow and Fire, so I can't compare them yet. I'm interested in how you have adjusted the balance of strength between RWBY and Metro. While Ak 47 rounds are pretty powerful, as far as assault rifles go, I was always under the impression that most Remnant arms packed more of a punch. I was involved in a thread that discussed the differences in Dust based ammunition and gun powder based ammunition. We came to the conclusion that Dust rounds transfer far more energy than gun powder but travel far more slowly because of it. That added velocity from Earth rounds could hypothetically cover the gap and penetrate grimm while doing less damage to the area around the point of impact. Sort of like penetration and speed vs versatility and explosiveness.

Anyways...

I have a few questions that will hopefully be answered soon. Why would Winter even want to speak to Artyom? How come none of the other Pollis Rangers tried to follow Artyom? Will Metro Last Light still have a place here since the nest was destroyed? How close are you to releasing the second chapter? It has been more than two months since the previous update. I would have hoped things would have progressed far quicker but I digress.
