Wouldn’t Ren’s name still be Ren? It’s a surname that both his mother and father used. It’s like saying Nora’s male surname would be something other than Valkyrie (I can’t think of any other groups that were supposed to do why they did). And since Lie works for both genders (to my knowledge), Lie Ren would remain Lie Ren.
