Ok, so far this has been freaking fantastic! I love the way you’re currently having the two kingdoms interact, the way you’re presenting the character so far is great (though I am somewhat peeved that for a being of foresight, the PK didn’t do anything about the Traitor Lord before he made his move), and I’m intrigued in how you have/will mesh the various aspects of these worlds together (abyss/Grimm(really hope HK plays a role), soul magic/aura). Excited for the next update.

This is awesome. I bet Salem's kingdom will be the one sacrificed. I hope to read the next chapter!

Don't make them into insect faunus. That's just boring and takes away any sense of uniqueness the denizens of Hallownest have.

This is truly beautiful. Most game based fanfics center around the playable character and the plot of the game, the way this one defies those expectations is marvelous. When the Hollow Knight was first introduced, I thought it briliant to fill in the dialog for the flashback. The inversion of the Hollow Knight mantra had me slightly emotional, and I outright cried when the little Vessel hugged his mother.
I don't think it will be relevant to the story, but what about the other Vessels that escaped? I think The Knight was left in the old world, wandering outside the Kingdom at the time of the jump, but there were a few dead ones around in the game, Broken Vessel/Lost Kin being probably the most "in your face" about it.

Wow this fic was an amazing read! I’m really looking forward and hoping for more in the future. And I’m not sure if it’s possible, but I hold out hopes that somehow Ghost will make an appearance

I really like this story I'm eager to see where this leads and of course where it ends or how it ends I should say but that is too early to call.

One of my favorite points in this tale is the moral dilemma the pale king (and It could be said his 'court' as well) to chose a kingdom to fall in place of his own its a difficult situation but I don't blame him for choosing the lives of his people over another's imagine for example having to chose your family's lives over another its messed up but what are you going to do?

On a side note I hope ghost will make an appearance later it be interesting to see some sibling interaction between him and the hollow knight and hornet like some of the online art I've seen.

Look at the Pale King making relationships and the bugs talking to humans. Shame the Pale King is already planning their destruction.

And Salem will find a nasty surprise in Hallownest. Hollow void beings that are capable of using soul, the very thing her Grimm lack.

YE BOI, ZE'MER BEST BUG! (Though her side quest was a pain in my tuchus to complete.)
