If your stuck, maybe just get rid of the extra potter. I don’t know why you added her in the first place, but maybe that’s the reason for your block.

The Weasleys are way too calm about suddenly finding Harry with a sister which nobody knows about.

I'm guessing there is a very good reason why Hailee suddenly came to existence and it has something to do with Harry's weak Sharingan. By now it should at least have two tomoe in each eye and not one, what are you doing? I get that Sasuke discovered his eyes late in his childhood doesn't mean Harry needs to also. But what would Harry fear when standing in front of the boggart? Oh oh oh I know! How about a version of Harry in his adulthood with the exact copy of Madara's outside looks and personality that would attack his friends and trigger his Sharingan to enter the next level? Or Ginny dying that would do the same thing for Harry's Sharingan?
