I was hoping this was gonna be one of those Harry gets Goa'uld or Ancient tech and becomes an emperor, but to simply use Stargate as a training survival? What a waste, that and of course the bashing. LoL Dumbledork wanting to take Potter fortune because he was a magical guardian, they're not related and he wasn't mentioned in the will you r-tard. I only read the first chapter and after that just the Harry parts for a few chaps, luckily I didn't waste too much time on this high school boy power wank.

I ended up rereading this, since I didn't see a review of mine at the end. It is good, to a point. Once he finishes off tom, it perhaps starts to taper off. Harry just has too many advantages at that point to struggle. Still, this is good overall..

Thank you for writing this story, especially the parts where you point out how the wizards failed to apply their laws (though some are made up but I'm not a HP lore expert). Still a good read. It seems cliche but I really do wish the best of all our FF authors. They put in thousands of hours of work and give it to us for free. Thank them for it, or if you don't like the story give some constructive criticism. PS. A flame is not constructive criticism.

He's acting way to normal and well informed for someone whose been in essentially total isolation for 3 years.

And I've lost my purpose of reading this. I was hoping for an actual crossover. Then you kicked Hermione out of the story for your own convenience.

And Hermione's birthday is the 19 of September.

I don't really care for a Harry/Luna pairing, they don't seem compatible to me other than good friends or a brother/sister type relationship. But I admit my curiosity of the story might be able to overcome that.

However, while I can accept that Harry could likely recognize something as a rune, he's also taken astronomy classes for the last 5 years. I would think that he'd be able to recognize constellations.

Good sort of wish there was more stargate to it since I’m a fan but this was a satisfying read

I still really enjoy this story. There is one thing that I wish that it had, though. A mention of Harry, Luna, or one of the kids researching the Veil/Stargate would have reconnected things to the beginning. It had been at least 4 or 5 chapters since there had been any mention about what occurred in the beginning of the story. If someone were to read the first 2 chapters and the last 2 chapters, they would be hard pressed to find evidence that they came from the same fic.
That is mainly picking nits. I'd take an imperfect completion to no completion any day. Sort of speaking of HP and the Daft Morons. I hope that story sees Complete status eventually, as I really enjoy your writing.

A correction needed: This chapter is set late in the year right? After Halloween. The amusement parks are closed for the winter. Well, The Trooping of the Colours happens once a year, in June, to mark the monarch's official birthday. Harry an Luna could not have seen it.

I'm writing this before I've actually finished the chapter, but I wanted to write this before I forgot again. I've noticed that when you write about multiple characters and the question of who responds in what way is up in the air, you identify them clearly. THANK YOU! All too many authors leave the "who" of who is talking all too unclear.
