Regarding Grimm i remain of my idea, so if i would build an empire i can be sure no one will be starved, there will always be powerful warrior and if i got bored, i can go killing some dragon for the dinner. For Weiss, i identify myself in her a little, so i prefer her to survive, but is your choice. And i prefer Kamen Rider's armos, but thath one seems cool for Jaune.
