I loved this! The image of Claire charging the compys with a piece of wood was priceless. And I loved Maisie's insights into Owen and Claire, and despite how different the two of them are, they are both protectors and teachers.

Maisie must have been so scared! I love how much Owen and Claire are protecting her. They’re gonna be amazing guardians / parents ️

Ooh, a small glimpse of how the world is starting to change with Dinosaurs roaming free again.

...I'm a little scared of what would happen of they encounter any larger and more aggressive Carnivores.

It’s so good to read the aftermath of JW2. I can’t wait for more :)

Oooh, interesting attention to details. Owen hasn't yet shown his PTSD side. At least not yet. Only in brief explanations. Maybe in the next chapter.

Also, maybe have something, some mix of noises, sound like the Indoraptor and have them ALL panic a bit. Owen and Claire immediately becomes the mother hens and look for Maisie. Also on that scenario Maisie is exploring a bit far from Owen's cabin, but she hears the sound too and panicked, tripping and accidentally hurts herself. She yells in pain which immediately make Owen and Claire go full on panic attack and runs to her. Bring her to the RV and just cuddle together for a while.

Oooh, interesting update. I love the depictions of how everyday things that are considered normal to most would trigger the PTSD. And each of them is unique. Owen with heat, Claire with sharp objects (meaning that needles wouldn't be a good idea), and how Maisie is scared of animal calls.
