This is really cute! BUT, one of the most admirable things that you have done is, you we're actually able to capture Natsu's personality! Trust me, because I don't have a life, I read fanfictions all the time. Most times, it was similar but not quite there, or not at all. This is truly amazing!
Also, when I was thinking about the story I got this weird idea. What if during the time when they went to the test thing for a hero liences (idk), they meet other schools. This is when Natsu meets the reincarnation of Lucy and Gray, they could have a strong brotherly love. I was thinking Gray could keep his ice, but that brought me to Lucy's quirk. I was thinking since she couldn't have her celestial spirit magic, she could have something called stardust. Where she could wield the power of the stars. Then my imagination when deeper. Since they can't look exactly alike, Lucy could have really long hair, the top of her head could have almost white hair on the top of her head. Slowly, because of her quirk, the farther it went down, the more detail and color it had. So that by the end of her hair it was a mixture of blue, purple, black, and white representing the galaxy with stars in them. (Maybe her name could be something related to stars?)
Natsu ends up knowing it's them and acts like a complete weirdo to them, but they do eventually become friends again. Then they meet Lucy's sister that's actually Wendy. Since Lucy, Gray, and Wendy weren't that close to other people in their current schools, they join U.A to be with Natsu. Then along the way, they meet Erza.
I know, I know, I write a lot and this is a terrible idea. It's not my place to say all these weird idea because this is your story, not mine. I'm truly sorry. But please just think about it? i know that's asking a lot cause this is a horrible idea...sorry for wasting your time, i'll be leaving now. But keep being you.

Question! Wouldn't Natsu be use to revealing clothing? Not trying to be nick picky, but since Erza, Lucy and generally most female characters in Fairytail have very fan service clothing and body shapes, is there any reason you made him blush at Tsuyu's appearance?

I hope Natsu gets the power he was had and since Zeref is there and Natsu is alive does that mean he is still END? also, it would be really cool if Natsu show them just how destructive he can be (destroy the battle city) update soon

I was pretty unsure about the whole NaTsu pairing in the beginning, but now I'm actually thinking that it might be pretty cool to see in the background :). It's definitely a crack shipping, but it's so weird that I want to see it happen since I'm sure hilarity will ensue between their relationship! And I saw that fanart on your Deviant Art that you based the costume off of, and that shit looks badass. It kinda reminds me of Roy Mustang, but also X-men since it has those X buckles on his coat. But yeah, really interested to see how this goes :D! I want to see the limitations of his quirk now that he can only rely on his endurance, and not ethernano. And how he'll be able to aquire lighting again, which depending on how you do it, maybe he can aquire other elements like ice (since I'm guessing Gray won't be here, and Ice Devil Slayer works differently than Todoroki's ice). So until then, I'll be waiting for an update :). Take care!

This story is really good in my opinion. I would love so see this fanfic updated again. Oh please do the next chapter soon.

I like the idea of your story, and this is nice chapter.
But, there are some grammatical and background information issues, if I could give some constructive criticism:
Don't switch between past and present tense so often. Make sure the tense of the verb matches the rest of the sentence.

["This world is over." Declared Zeref.]
I think that this would have been better worded as, ["This world is over," Zeref declared.] or ["This world is over." Zeref declared.]

Also, using Quirks in public in the BnHA world is illegal without a Hero License, so Natsu should have gotten into some kind of legal trouble over using his Quirk, even if it was to help civilians.
For example, during the Hosu incident with Stain, one of the only reasons Todoroki, Izuku and Tenya didn't get into any real trouble was because the police/government had Endeavor take credit for the takedown of the Hero Killer. The three of them received no credit, and the public knew nothing of their part in the incident.

Also, not to be nitpicky, but All Might is the Number One hero. I don't think that he would be so negligent to miss a car rocketing towards civilians and not be able to take care of it himself. Or not think of what would happen in a tornado, or the repercussions of the tornado stopping.
