This is a great story but I don’t think Harry’s healing will go as well as we’d like to think. People recover from substance abuse when they want to recover for themselves, not others.

I found this by accident when my finger slipped on Rune Stone Path. Thank God somebody made a version of this story with a better ending than the original, an endless stream of drama with an ambiguous, probable bad end.

That was really beautiful. You did a magnificent job infusing the story with so much emotions.
I was about to read "Thing You Cannot Leave Behind" first but decided against and went to finish this one instead. By the time I loaded the story by YakAge, oh boy, did I not expect so much grief at the very start. Now I'm not sure if I should've just read that first and then move onto this one so I could at least end the day in a much happier note. I'm can't deal with depressing endings really well. I tend to mull over it for sometime which of course dampens my mood for hours, and if not the whole day if I don't find something else to keep me occupied or a happy story that could balance it out.

I really had a great time. I really like how Tonks and Teddy play a great role in the story. Even though if life seems so bleak, there are always people that love and care about you. All you have to do is to see them and accept them in your heart. Astoria's love serves as a beacon in Harry's seemingly cold and dark life which says a lot about how love and care does so much in a person.

Thank you for sharing and writing an amazing story, and creating a happy ending for the couple. I really do hope that you may one day expand the story because this was a brilliant story. I hope you're doing well in life and I wish you the best. Take care!

No, no, no... You've absolutely got to get Teddy hooked on Thomas the Tank Engine. That's a show you can actually watch with your kid and if not enjoy it, at least it will be tolerable. Especially if you're a train buff like myself.

Excellent story. Definitely one that could be fleshed out into a novel. With Dumbledore gone and the Weasleys out of the picture, there would literally be no one but perhaps Hermione to watch out for Harry. Great job!

Thank you for your story. Another of your stories was recommended and I found this one while browsing through your 'stacks'. Marriage as a cure for Survivor's Guilt, what a novel concept. I would laugh at the concept, but it seems to have worked for me. Sometimes the only thing that has kept me sane over the past 51 years is having my wife to lean on. If something happened to her, I'm sure I wouldn't last much beyond her.
