| Renegade Generation chapter 24 . 7/4 Good chapter. Looking forward to what happens next. I do have a question though and either the author or someone else is free to answer: Are the contestants put in tiers depending on how strong they are at base or how strong they are with their highest available transformation/weapon/attack. For instance Goku is 3-A, which is Galaxy tier, where he's placed, but at base but he's low 2-C at SSB. Frieza at the end of ToP is said to be low 2-C. Naruto is 7-C, which is Nuclear, at base, but he's all the way in 5-C, planetary, when he's in six paths sage mode, which means depending on the tier he's either at a big advantage or disadvantage. Basically I'm just curious how he's placing certain characters. Is it at base, or their highest transformations/weapons/attacks? |
