That was... an AMAZING experience to read!
I relished in reading and rereading the first paragraph that laid out the stage for the story, where Dani laid out her stage, there was something in that paragraph that grabbed me like magic, so cozy. Even before I reached Montana, because, hahaha, there's a town called Montana here in Bulgaria, too.
I loved to see Dani making a living on her own, she's resourceful. Since I'm not familiar with Gravity Falls it was interesting to see the kids through Dani's eyes. I'm so glad this encounter ended up with a cool solution to her current predicament. Plus, she gainede not only her own friends outside Danny's circle, but even a potential family.
Yeah, and that intangible joke, really spot on! My favorite part I find most hilarious is Dani's thoughts at her first glimpse at Dipper's book - it truly sounds like a Vlad thing to have.
I pretty much enjoyed every minute reading this, so thank you for writing and sharing it. This story was so plotful and thorough in solving Dani's problem, I liked the realistic part where she's hesitant at first, not fully accepting, leaving herself an option to cut and run. The characters' POV sections were perfectly cut out and distributed to cover the full story, I loved the natural flow of the story.
