I just wanted to clear something up because of one of the reviews.
Marinette could have been akumatized in this episode much like your story suggested. Thomas Astruc (I think that is how you spell his name) said that Miraculous holders could be akumatized. As for why Gabriel Agreste had to remove his miraculous to become the Collector because nooroo's magic is to be able to give other people superpowers. His miraculous holder can't give himself another power, so he had to remove his miraculous to be able to akumatize himself.
Just wanted to clear that up because I personally think that your story was amazing and it was more than plausible for what could have happened.

I liked it but, just in case you didn't know it isn't actually possible in series as people holding miraculous cannot be akumatized hence why in order to become The Collector Gabriel Agreste had to renounce his miraculous and Nooroo. So there is no way Marinette would have been akumatized in the actual episode. Still an interesting idea and a good fic.
