Reviews for Paradise Lost
GrayHuntress chapter 1 . 5/20/2019
Hope he does that to all the trawl nets! Lovely segment!
LadyVale chapter 1 . 6/7/2018
Beautifully written. The Shape of Water is a masterpiece for Guillermo, and a new favorite for me. Your tales for this film are such a treat to read and I hope there will be more down the road if the inspiration strikes. Lovely work hun!

breejah0923 chapter 1 . 5/24/2018
Educational and so romantic. Please write more for these two. I love your writing and love what you do with these two!
Guest chapter 1 . 4/23/2018
Really good! I love your world-building. Their nomadic mer-person lifestyle is so strange yet oddly magical. I wonder where he is taking her.

LOVE LOVE LOVE! Can we get more of these snippets? Or another full length story?! Puhleeeeeeeease?!
UncoventionaLove chapter 1 . 4/19/2018
Well done, as usual! I live how you describe their unique lifestyle and the challenges presented in their relationship. I can only imagine how a well-muscled, possibly slightly tanned Elisa with a tattered dress and tangled hair would appear to someone if they found her on the island. Not to mention the gills! Also wondering if in fact they will end up having a child at some point *sighs*?

Thanks for bringing up the point about trolling - there are too many species being lost to it and the devastation of the rainforests!
GodlyJewel chapter 1 . 4/18/2018
Oh, this was a nice sequel! I love how close these two are, and when they got separated I couldn't help but worry. Especially with the shark. The Creature woulda been beyond crushed had the shark gotten his Elisa. So glad they got a happy reunion. I bet they'll be a little clingy for the next few days.
Dashiell Mirai chapter 1 . 4/18/2018
Yet another enjoyable read from an enjoyable author! I'm quite happy to see yet another addition, and a fine one at that, to the little cadre of stories we have here as a fandom.
Wheel of Fish chapter 1 . 4/17/2018
Gah, this is so sweet and special. You do such a wonderful job of capturing the connection between them, and their mutual pining, and then that signed conversation at their reunion? ohmygosh. love it.
