Hoooolyyyy fuck. I was just feeling nostalgic and searching through for good Rin fics and I was not expecting to read such a good story and jump into a new ship! I love the well-paced progression of Rin and Luvia's relationship (the mention of how their desks got pushed together and then turned to one was a nice touch!). And I'm a definite sucker for the scene surrounding their first kiss. So much emotion from both trying to protect the other and being angry about it LOL.

I especially loved how you acknowledged and showed how Rin didn't come out of the grail war unscarred and how she's still dealing with the trauma and how it comes back in various ways. Also badass Rin at the end channeling a dragon's power? *Chef's kiss*

Great story. A second epilogue chapter showing Rin, Luviagelita, and their daughter would be interesting.

This story was really good. If I had a complaint it would be that you didn't include the wedding. I would have loved to see Rin officially become Rin Tohsaka Edelfelt.

this was good story not that many stories with Rin as the main character.

I kinda want to see an omake of the wedding now if only for the shenanigans. It's going to be an alternate Rin, right? I'm not too much into Nasuverse lore, but she seems the most likely when you consider the kaleidscope.

I almost can't believe this is the end. It was honestly a surprise to reach this point so quickly, almost abruptly, but the promise of a wedding is an excellent note to end on. (Though I wonder... who does Zelretch have in mind? An AU Rin or Luvia is the first guess...) Also, leave it to Luvia to propose marriage in such a sadistic manner, lol. This and last chapter tidied up the story pretty neatly and satisfactorily - they definitely delivered plenty of fluff to counterpoint the suspense of the Durnovo plot!

I've really enjoyed this story; thank you so much for contributing to Fate femslash in general and Rin/Luvia specifically! If you venture back to writing for Fate, I'll be sure to check it out :)

It might be cliché, but Clemence still loving Marco enough to want to protect him even from herself was a great way to wrap up Luvia's side of the battle and a great use for the Blade as both a part of the Second Magic and a regular dagger!

I love how Rin just throws herself into her plans. Also, somehow I found the line "She placed them firmly on the skull, one above each eye socket, and immediately regretted it" startlingly funny. It's the juxtaposition at such a crucial and tense moment, I think, that makes it funny. Also, at Luvia: what else did you expect Rin to do?

AHHHHHH I'm glad I chose to read the two updates I missed at 12 AM because this was a great way to end my night.

I love how you plan the action with tactics and mythology. Incorporating Egyptian mythology to remove Mikael, as well as Gorynych's skull. I always find magic based on existing mysteries like myths and religion to be confusing because of the expansive research needed to be conducted to correctly incorporate it, so you have my admiration if I haven't mentioned this already XD

Rin and Luvia's relationship really has evolved so much since they first met. I'd say it's only been 10 chapters, but your word count is already at a whooping 50k. *Clap clap*

Can't wait to see what happens with the skull! That much magic sounds even worse than how the Jeweled Sword (fake or not) tears apart the user's arm XD
