Oh, this is so sweet, I just kept smiling all the way through! All of it made me a little tearty too. Beautiful story, beautifully told! I love quiet moments/operations like these between Regina and Henry, and even more so when there's Robin and Roland too! The aspect about giving all legal rights to Emma is a heartbreaking detail, because it makes sense (in the show, I never understood why Emma would ever get to make such a decision by herself) but also because it makes Emma's almost choice, as much as I love her, all the more cruel.
