Powerfully written short piece. As someone who just replayed the game, I was hoping that Sonya would have special dialogue with her sisters, or that there'd be some sort of specific reaction to their deaths. Only against her father was their any sort of special dialogue, from what I remember... shame, really. In any event, I think you captured the scene well in your work, well done.

Ah this broke my heart, the background story of Sonya and her family is just so heartrending, the repetition of how this is the worst moment, how her second sob comes from the realization she'll have no funeral shroud for Marla, the parallel you made to the Whitewing sisters, it is all so good. It is such a powerful decision to chose to slay Jedah so she can lay her sisters to rest, considering he was the one to turn them into witches in the first place. Just amazing work
