FYI, not sure that it is an issue for you, but for some women slight hypothyroid issues can cause fertility problems even though the levels are considered normal (because apparently normal is not optimal for trying to conceive and impacts ovulation and the embryo developing). When I had a TSH of above 5, I wasn't even getting periods and this was considered serious enough to get me on levothyroxine. With a TSH of 2.67, and FT4 1.18 I get periods but don't ovulate, but my GP doesn't want to treat this as she thinks TSH between 2-3 is fine, and some providers think a much higher TSH is normal, so I am trying to find another provider that will treat this to get my TSH lower and FT4 higher. Just thought I'd mention that in case that could be an issue. It took me months to figure this out and it seems like most doctors are not up on this because the same levels in another woman may not cause issues.
