Leave Robb there? You mean for a while? It can't be permanently, he's the Heir to Winterfell, and as a female, Myrcella is not in line to the throne save for the loss of her brothers, so there's no reason for them (R & M as a wedded couple) to stay in K.L. and every reason to return to WF.

Are you going to update this? Please do its very interesting.

Well, it's definitely a start. At least they won't turn their nose up at each other if they ever have to fight in a battle together.

Finally some Robb and Myrcella interaction. The previous instance didn't count since she just ran away after saying all the curtsies. I guess you kinda established that she found him attractive with that whole shirtless thing though, but it was already inferred when she first saw him.

It's kinda amusing how the Northmen in general and the Starks in particular are associated with the traits of barbarity and honor at the same time. It carries with it the implication that honor is considered a backwards concept to the civilised and 'enlightened' South.

I'll have to decline on the discord group myself. At least for now. After being a huge fan for years my interest in A Song of Ice and Fire has burned out lately. Now I am just seeing if I can rekindle it with fanfics.

You are right in that the word count isn't that high for it to be a slowburn... I guess it only seemed that way to me because of the amount of chapters. Oh and on that note I was the guest reviewer posting under 'Kote'. I was just too lazy to log in while I was at work.

I am wondering what the central conflict of the story will be. Because so far it's centered around Cersei wanting to cancel the betrothal. And... nothing else so far. I guess there are the issues in Robert and Cersei's marriage that will probably get the good king Bob killed, but that's nothing new. And judging by the setting it will eventually come to war between a Stark/Lannister alliance and a Baratheon/Tyrell alliance. If only because you hinted that you wanted to establish a specific dynamic between Robb and the Lannisters.

Btw, you still need to edit the split paragraph at the end of chapter two. I just checked. You ignored me pointing it out :(((

Good start so far, although it appears to be a slow burn.
Really digging the Gendry and Robb bromance. Although it's kinda sad that those two have had more interaction with each other in that one scene than Robb and Myrcella have had throughout the entire story.
