goodness this was so cute and amazing and honestly I wouldn't mind reading about the New Years in this AU because the set up with Astrid's Dad being a complete jerk and Hiccstrid finding back together after years of falling out is just so good (well, not the Astrid's-Dad-being-a-jerk part but the rest!)
