This was excellent.

To be honest, it a great story. But, i would just like to note of the OOC ness of this story. I mean, it did give it a spark of uniqueness but, i would prefer it to be more... into character. I cant speak for others tho. Keep up the good work!

It's an interesting concept, one that kept me riveted if only in attempt to puzzle out this world you created. But I'm not very much closer than I was back in chapter, say, 5 for example. I kind of understand the relationship between peals and diamonds, I don't understand what rubies are. I'm sort of comprehending what this 'heat' is but I need more chapters to further understand the effects and I don't understand these smells at all.

Glad you ruled out the steven universe possibility. But I have no idea what the omega verse is. So the diamond/pearl reference is lost on me. Hopefully I will pick up on it, though I am already gaining insight to what this world is sort of about.
