I'm not sure how to take this story, but I have to say it's very well written. The use of language was really good, and the way you write really absorbed me into the fic.

It's also pretty cool how you incorporated Baiken's stage into the story. Vessels between Colonies eh? That would imply all Japanese colonies are built beside bodies of water.

Frankly, this is the kind of short story that could get published. I'm impressed.
