Has anybody pick up/adopted this story? Or are you going to continue this because this is interesting and see where this is going.

Interesting take on both of the series, though the only real issue I see is that Illya would have murdered Louis once she figured the whole summoning situation out. Especially if Louis acts like her typical spoiled/bratty self towards her. She's killed for less.

I'm pretty sure that Illya would have killed Louise the moment she realized whose fault it was that separated her from Shirou.

Shirou's fate is just sad. For thousands of years he was passed from wielder to wielder. His physical form may break but his spirit can transfer to a new vessel. But the saddest thing besides his inability to pass on is that his memories dulled to the point where he forgot who he was originally.

Illya's quest for revenge won't bear any fruit. After all, the culprits are long dead. The only satisfaction she can obtain is by destroying the Void system which caused their summonings and suffering in the first place.

In the end, Illya will die within the year but at the very least she can put her big brother to peace with her. I like to imagine that when they face off against the army of 70,000 in Albion, that is when Derflinger's memories as Shirou return and he slaughters all the soldiers with UBW to protect his sister.

Oh? A very interesting concept and a different take on Deflinger entirely, not to mention this is the first time Louise summoned Illya (no other stories have done that so far.) As a write and wanting to see how this goes, I have some interest in taking you up for the adoption, however I'm currently also writing another Fate story of mine at the moment... I don't know whether or not too..

Interesting concept and rather workable. Shirou is more of a Sword in Soul than a Human as shown with his reality marble and I can honestly see a rather immoral character twisting that soul into a sword for their personal use or a grieving one who feel for Shirou but lost them due to something but somehow kept their soul. I can even see that Shirou would get himself turned into a sword on accident as well if his Reality Marble is twisted enough turning his body being made of swords into a sword made of his body and spirit.

I can't point to anything in specific, and I know I've seen similar themes in other stories before, but for some reason you've hit me right in the feels. I think it was the pacing that really accentuated it; a decent characterization of angry!Illya with stubborn!Louise that it could have just been an interesting characterization contrast. Yet with enough foreshadowing to darken the humor, until a mood whiplash into melancholy and determination. Made me feel enough to write this out, so good job.

Also, props for the oath being the rest of Illya's life; which would be about a year and a half from now iirc. Not quite the level that it sounds like from an outsider's perspective, but still a huge deal to her made obvious by her stark shift in behavior.
