Well written, touching and imaginative. From the ending, I see you've read "The Lady, Or The Tiger?" by Frank Stockton. Stockton got exactly the same reaction as in your reviews - people basically screaming "who did he end up with? How does it really end?". Rudyard Kipling was going on a hunt in India with Stockton, and told Stockton when they were in the jungle together he was going to tie Stockton up, have an elephant put his foot on Stockton's head, and he would say "Last chance, Stockton. Was it the lady or the tiger?"

i really did enjoy this story. my sight on the ending has him going to mizuho and leaving shinji ikari bekind. the deciding factor was rei telling him to go to the other life but think of her. very good story. top notch.

Wow. Can't believe I missed this piece... Definitely one of your masterpieces in my opinion. In some points feel a bit rushed but the ending is superb, some people find it irksome but it is unique in that it leaves it to the reader who was the one who woke up... A continuation will leave one side devastated, so it is better to leave it like this. This is the type of ending which really calls out to the emotion of those reading this kind of work. Now I move to another of your fics, Anata no Ichiban Ni Naritai. Considering I'm also a fan of Nadesico (hate it's canon ending though), I keep missing the good stuff seriously. Friend of mind says good thing about your version...

great story, but possibly the worst ending ever, why couldn't you just freaking make up your mind and pick an ending instead of leaving this open ended crap...so far i've read 2 of your stories and loved them both all until i reached the last chapter then in both stories you just seriously screwed both up...please for all future stories write actual endings...

That was truly magnificent, however, the Hikari/Asuska was kinda rushed IMO. Leaving the ambigous ending was perfect, it would have been way too hard seeing either a devasted Misato or Mizuho with a dead Shinji or Kei, respectively. I will not ask for an epilogue for this very reason. Congrats on a great story. Just a question though, I found this in the Evangelion section; however, you should also create a counterpart Please Teacher story, from Kei's perspective...with the same final ending.

I would have never thought that a crossover between these two would work, but I was amazed at how well they actually work together. It is truly interesting how well the characters can be viewed as parallels (down to OT!Asuka ending up in canon with an OT!Kaji-equivalent)

Just found and finished this story. I have to say you are sick sick bastard for ending it this way, but at the same time masterfully done. A well written story definitely worth reading.

Sorry to say, I have been avoiding this fic for quite some time because I hadn't seen Onegai Teacher... until this week (Thank god for youtube) So now I figured I'd give this one a shot...I like what I see thus far!

I, and my children, own both of the anime that you referred to. You have taken them and made a story that stand on its own.

I enjoyed "Divergence" very much. The number of reviews indicate that I am not the only one who enjoys most of your offerings here at fanfiction. I have read enough that I have put checks in both of the Favorites lists, and in the Author Alert list.
