| Guest chapter 15 . 12/23/2019 When I was 13, I suddenly had horrible pain in my abdomin, and because of the location my mom thought I ruptured my appendix and she took me to the hospital. It's the worst pain I've ever felt- way worse than breaking a bone. Turned out I ruptured an ovarian cyst big enough to show up on a CT scan. Normally those can only be seen on ultrasounds. I'm sorry you had to go through that. Don't worry about updating; recovery should come first. |

I just started reading this story yesterday and out of ll the tangled miraculous cross overs I’ve read this one is the best! 3 I just wanted to reach out as one oncology patient to another. I didn’t have a cyst but a malignant brain tumor which I was diagnosed with when I was about to turn 13 almost three years ago now. It’s a bit of a different story as I needed to undergo different surgery and additional cancer treatment and it has left me physically disabled (I’m blind now), but if you ever want to talk to someone else with oncology experience I am available! 3 |
