| Guest chapter 3 . 9/10/2018 So now I'm envisioning that the primary introduction of the Avengers to Nova is going to involve the top of Stark Tower sprouting a jungle's worth of plants and a bewildered Loki. Or, she'll still be safely in Malibu, show up remarkably fast afterwards to fret over her brother-who-flew-into-a-space-portal, and confuse the fuck out of whoever hasn't fled yet. Either or, depending on how much of the movie events stay about the same. Scratch that, she's going to end up helping Tony with the palladium poisoning, whether he likes it or not, and might get to deck Natashalie with something. Because reasons or not, there were shit moves happening on her part. She might not be able to cure him, but she won't let him push her away easily and might be able to help buy him more time. He was using chlorophyll, after all, so even without old remembered magic she ought to be able to do something helpful in addition to being steadfast company. It'd be interesting to see how she handles the bombing/kidnapping incident. Could she find people in the desert? Will Obie try to do something dumb to control her or remove her? (If he does, there's a good chance he'll get kicked by Tony the second he finds out, before he can try to steal the Arc Reactor. No one messes with his baby sister. Assuming Miss Potts and JARVIS haven't already handled assisting her...) |
