I like that Mipha's presence isn't something simply given to Link. There was a price to be paid and they will have to fight for her to remain alive.

I am excited to see what happens when Link starts remembering his past, and if Mipha will remember hers once reunited with her soul.

I'm also beyond curious to know more about the deity who's helping them. Since I haven't played many Zelda games, I feel I lost some references.

Anyways... good work. I hope you haven't given up on this one.

You leave the chapter with an great cliffhanger who had us expecting ¿How will Link and Navi explain to a hurted Sidon after he saw his dead sister pass by him? You let us thinking how things would develop later.
