I sincerely hope you have not abandoned this piece. I love the perspective and you handle it beautifully. You're great at following the source material and I want to read more side adventures, maybe one that takes them back to japan, maybe just so Elias can get a feel for Chise's culture, her mannerisms, her past. Perhaps there, Chise could run into one of the relatives who'd given her up or made her feel unwanted. Or even her father. That would be an interesting one. She would never go with him but Elias wouldn't intuitively know that. However getting those answers, yelling at him about everything he'd put her through, that would help release so much that sits, unspoken, in her mind. Just an idea or two if that's the reason for the long delay between updates.

I think you did end up capturing Elias's personality quite well. I always thought he felt emotions but either just didn't recognize or understand them!

Wonderful story. I really love how you capture the mindset of Elias and get his side of things rather than just that of Chise. While I was watching the anime I thought of how cool it would be to explore their relationship more and see how it impacts Elias over time. Anyway great job and keep up the good work. Can't wait for the next chapter.

Loved this part there were so many emotions!

Ooo I liked this! The addition of Simon was a nice touch, but the end part was what got me. I loved it when Chise yelled at Elias. Dude, learn to recognize real tears from the fake ones. Though I wonder if Red Current's looked fake because she was denying being in love with Joseph? Meh, still love seeing Elias getting in trouble. He really needs to learn when it's not OK to be bluntly honest.

I hate to criticize others, but the ending to this chapter was weird... Like, one minute they're at the kitchen, then suddenly *bam* they're at Joel's home and he's dying. It's really confusing, I thought I'd missed something.

Other than that, great chapter as always!

Again they are too cute. Why must that be? But maybe they may want to look into some kind of mock marriage counseling. They clearly need to open up more, but I get with Chise's backstory that's harder for her. Still, someone please educate Elias on relationships! I know he got a talk back in Ch. 9 but looks like he needs a refresher...and maybe a more in-depth talk to boot.

This chapter was a nice little break from the fighting against Madara (was that the name of the White Fox monster? I bought a figuring of him once thinking it was something else but now I know his name I like him even more, even if he was a total baka to Chise)!

I'm really liking your take on Elias' side of the story, yes Chise is technically the main character but of the pair Elias is my favourite ... him and the Baa-Puffs (my name for the Wooly Bugs), they're just so FLUFFY!

Another excellent chapter as says. I must say while I did enjoy this mini OS, I will be looking forward to more continued one-shots. Though apart of me is curious to how this adventure will effect our dear RoinThorn's relationship? Still, so happy they got back together! Yay!
