I have to say you got me with that start! I'm not a fan of that kind of tragic story but I read through anyway cause you said you weren't either :p glad I did!
Now I'm sad you said it was over but I do hope you'll consider writing about how the cryo-people addapt to the new world. Maybe even just through an epilogue.
Even if you don't, it was a great story well worth a read!

That opening makes me sad and angry! Sure I dont have the proper context yet, but these two make a great couple and I really don't like the idea of them hating one another and becoming enemies :(

A great chapter to end the story. This my favorite Horizon Zero Dawn fanfic. I hope that you one day make another HZD fanfiction. This is by far one of the best trilogies I've ever read fanfiction wise

I read through all of your out of cryo fanfics and I loved them. They were so amazing. I know you said you were done, but I would love a third one

tore through my backlog of chapters and finished this! Good ending, can't help but imagine the confusion the people in Cryo go through as they adapt to the new world they'll wake up in... but if there teachers for even the most basic stuff I can see humanity having a new renaissance in a century or two as knowledge long lost is restored.
