This is the TVD ending I wanted, not that drabble they gave us. Bonnie truly is Damon's Soulmate. Someone who accepted him and challenged him to be a better man. Beautifully done!

Daddy Damon (is that weird? too late) is my fave and I kind of want you to do a family prompt of them? I feel like you'd knock it out the park. I had such a lump in my throath when Damon died, you got me, but it was so lovely and their love went beyond the simple being together, they truly are soulmates and you showed that so well.

I loved this! Sounds like Damon went out like a boss! Their love was so pure. Also like that both Bonnie and Damon stayed true to themselves. Even on her deathbed, Bonnie knew what was up and gave Damon the strength to get through her death.

Note to self-do NOT read Lee's fics when hormonal. Just don't do it. Don't play yourself.

OMG, this was sooooo good. My eyes won't stop leaking, goodness. I could really feel Damon's helplessness and his deep love for Bonnie which made him honor his word and stick around. This one really put me through the wringer. It was beautiful. I love how Bonnie corrects Damon when she says that he is stronger and better than he gives himself credit for. And that reunion! **heart eyes** Thanks for giving us another great fic!
