Wow that is certainly impressive, Prince Theon is so successful he managed to raid a Castle from 4000 years in the future. Summerhall was built by the Targaryen's during the reign of Dareon II around 190 years AFTER the conquest.

I can see the use of fair isle but the shield islands and the Arbor are just too far away to be of any real use and prevent any type of undertaking

the Andals came some 4000 years before the events of a game of thrones, the Manderly's were exiled from the Reach and found asylum in the north some 1000 years before the events of a game of thrones. Also the Arryn's are a totally and completely Andal house, they are not First Men, and where not the rulers of the Vale at that time. Furthermore, the Vale did not willingly submit to the Andals, the Royce High kings of the Vale fought and fought hard to keep them out but were eventually defeated, but nevertheless they never forgot their roots with Bronze Yohn Royce still wearing the Ancient Bronze armor with the first men runes, and the mountain clans where born out of first men who refused to bend to them, so they can't possibly be there beforehand

The Umbers where kings in their own right at this time. Also there are still the Barrow kings which took the Starks a 200 year war to defeat. Theres also the Marsh Kings, defeated by one Rickard Stark. So yeah the Bolton Red kings are not the only kings in the North besides the Starks
