Wow. This is amazing. As the series is told from the perspective of Feyre, we all are led to have a strong distaste for Tamlin, myself very much included. But it always bugs me when there are characters that everyone hates passionately without anyone considering the good things or the things we may not know. And this story does that beautifully, heartbreakingly, and convincingly. Honestly, you should sell this idea to SJM to make it canon because I feel like this is a brilliant idea that explains Tamlin's behavior; not excuses it, but makes us see and remember that he probably has his own brokenness and reasons that he must turn around on his own. It's not canon, but dammit, it's now canon in MY brain. Thanks for the great read, and keep up the good work!
