This is so beautiful, my heart hurts. I'd love it you'd write a sequel!

I actually really liked the whole thing, especially the bit at the end with Yuan. My favourite bit was the observation of Martel being just a habit. This was written in a different style than I'm used to in that everything is happening here and now, but it's written well and enjoyable. Good work!
